Terms and Conditions for Jazz'SAlive VIP Tickets Contest
1. Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal residents of US/Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and affiliates of SA Parks Foundation, TJH, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: Click the link in our bio to enter. (1 entry allowed)
For bonus entries:

o Share our post (1 extra entry)
o Tag a friend (each comment = 1 new entry)
3. Contest Period:
The contest begins on September 10th and ends on September 19th.
Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection:
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The selection process will take place on September 13th and September 20th, and winners will be notified via [social media platform] message or comment.
If a winner does not respond within 1 hour of notification, a new winner will be chosen.
5. Prize:
The prize consists of two VIP tickets to Jazz'SAlive. Additional details about the prize will be provided to the winner.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to allow SA Parks Foundation and TJH to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Liability:
A Parks Foundation and TJH are not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during entry or the selection process.

9. General Conditions:
The contest is governed by the laws of US/Texas.
SA Parks Foundation and TJH reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control interfere with the proper conduct of the contest.
