why give to the parks foundation?
- san antonio is growing
The need for parks has never been more urgent. As our city grows, parks safeguard our sense of connection to the natural world, preserve our public lands, and foster wellness, pride, appreciation, and ownership in our neighborhoods. - parks are underfunded
Maintenance of our well-loved parks, trails, and green spaces is an ever-growing cost that must be funded for the benefit and enjoyment of future generations. - park equity and accessibility
It is essential that all San Antonians have access to well-maintained parks in their neighborhoods. We are moving in the right direction, but we can do better, and we need you to help us do it!
