Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony

Return to the Earth is a grounding cacao and breathwork ceremony focused on slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and creating space to receive and let go.

The ceremony begins with cacao, followed by grounding, conscious breathwork, gentle movement, reflection, and a closing ceremony.

No previous experience is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held by the earth and the experience.

The Experience

🍫 ARRIVE — Create a sacred circle, connect with cacao, and set an intention.

🌱 ROOT — Ground into the earth and connect with your body.

🫀 OPEN — Enjoy cacao intentionally and bring awareness to gratitude, warmth, and connection.

🫁 BREATHE — Move into a guided breathwork journey.

🌊 RELEASE — Create space for whatever naturally wants to move.

🌎 SURRENDER — Soften into the earth and allow yourself to receive.

🌅 RETURN — Gentle movement, reflection, integration, and closing.

• Yoga mat
• Water
• Cozy blanket
• Light sweater
• Crystals, if desired
• An item for the altar, such as flowers, fruit, or something meaningful to you
