This beloved festival will take place at the stunning Civic Park at Hemisfair, featuring world-class performances across two dynamic stages. The Carver Community Cultural Center is collaborating and enriching the lineup with diverse artistry and community engagement.

Led by renowned trombonist and NEA Jazz Master Delfeayo Marsalis & Uptown Jazz Orchestra brings the unmistakable spirit, energy, and musical traditions of New Orleans to the Jazz’SAlive stage. Known for its powerful brass, infectious rhythms, and dynamic performances, the ensemble delivers a celebration of jazz that is both deeply rooted in tradition and full of contemporary energy.
YUKO MABUCHI
Internationally acclaimed pianist Yuko Mabuchi brings her dynamic blend of jazz, soul, and contemporary influences to Jazz’SAlive. Known for her expressive musicianship, powerful improvisation, and captivating performances, Mabuchi continues to make her mark on the contemporary jazz scene.
BLAQUE DYNAMITE
GRAMMY-nominated drummer, producer, and composer Blaque Dynamite, also known as Mike Mitchell, brings explosive energy and extraordinary musicianship to the stage. Blending jazz, funk, hip-hop, and experimental sounds, his innovative approach and high-energy performance make him a standout force in contemporary music.
USAF DIMENSION IN BLUE
The United States Air Force Band of the West’s Dimension in Blue brings the power, precision, and tradition of a premier military jazz ensemble to Jazz’SAlive. Known for its dynamic performances and exceptional musicianship, the ensemble celebrates the rich legacy of jazz while delivering an unforgettable live experience.

A legendary trumpeter, pianist, composer, and bandleader, Arturo Sandoval is celebrated around the world for his extraordinary musicianship and electrifying performances. A ten-time GRAMMY Award winner and Kennedy Center Honoree, Sandoval has built an iconic career blending jazz, Afro-Cuban rhythms, classical music, and big-band traditions. His remarkable artistry and unmistakable sound promise to make Saturday’s performance a truly unforgettable Jazz’SAlive experience.
MAGOS HERRERA
Born in Mexico City and now based in New York City, Magos Herrera is one of the leading voices in contemporary Latin American jazz. Her sultry voice, expressive improvisation, and distinctive style seamlessly blend contemporary jazz with Ibero-American melodies and rhythms. With 12 albums and performances at some of the world’s most prestigious venues and festivals, Herrera brings a sophisticated and captivating international sound to the Jazz’SAlive stage.
BILLYRAY SHEPPARD
BillyRay Sheppard is a celebrated smooth jazz saxophonist known for his rich, warm, and soulful sound. A sought-after performer, Sheppard has shared the stage with many of the genre’s most respected artists and continues to captivate audiences with his expressive musicianship. His commitment to music and community also shines through his charitable work, with his concerts raising more than $65,000 for nonprofit organizations.

Parking in the downtown area will be limited during event weekend. We strongly encourage you to consider alternative transportation options such as walking, biking, carpooling, using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, or taking public transportation.
If you choose to drive, please be sure to follow all posted No Parking signs and obey traffic officers and event staff. While there are several parking lots and garages throughout the downtown area, availability may be limited, so plan ahead.
