Each Saturday we will meet at the beautiful Japanese Tea Gardens to share in the practice of meditation. This practice is very accessible for anyone who has never practiced before as well as for those who have been meditating for years.
Learn how to Release: stress, fear, worry, anxiety, negative self talk and anything else that is no longer serving you on you journey.
Get in touch with your truest self.
Take some time and space to just BE.
Leave feeling centered, relaxed, grounded, and renewed. Ready to take on whatever life brings your way.
Please bring: water, yoga mat, chair or anything to help you to sit comfortably while remaining awake for the practice.
This will be a primarily guided practice, closing with a few minutes of silent Zen meditation. The style of meditation may vary from week to week.
Please show up a few minutes early so we may begin promptly at 7:30am
